From the factory the Kia Ceed with the 1.6 CRDi 136hp engine (2018 ->) delivers 136 HP and 280 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 165 HP and 350 Nm – that is 21% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17C57 ECU.
