From the factory the Kia Soul with the 1.6 CRDi 128hp engine (2008 - 2013) delivers 128 HP and 260 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 160 HP and 325 Nm – that is 25% more power and 25% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17C08 ECU.
