From the factory the MG 6 with the 1.9D 150hp engine (2011 ->) delivers 150 HP and 350 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 180 HP and 410 Nm – that is 20% more power and 17% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17C53 ECU.
