From the factory the Vauxhall Insignia with the 2.0 CDTi 160hp engine (2008 - 2013) delivers 160 HP and 350 Nm on diesel. With a Tune Maps remap the calibration is optimised to 200 HP and 420 Nm – that is 25% more power and 20% more torque, while staying within safe limits for engine and drivetrain. The engine is controlled by a Bosch EDC17C19 / Bosch EDC17C59 ECU.
